Job Description
We are seeking a well-rounded Workday HCM Analyst to provide maternity leave coverage for a key member of the HR Systems team. This individual will support ongoing HR business process configuration, Workday administration, reporting, and stakeholder support across HR functions. The ideal candidate is a "jack-of-all-trades" within the Workday HCM ecosystem who can work directly with HR teams, gather requirements, and help maintain critical business processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Workday HR business processes.
Support core HCM functionality across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with HR Business Partners and HR stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
Support Workday Recruiting and Learning modules.
Troubleshoot issues and manage requests through a ticketing system.
Participate in change control processes, including testing, approvals, and production deployments.
Collaborate with developers by translating business requirements into functional requirements.
Assist with Workday reporting and business process reporting.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to HR users.

Skills and Requirements
Experience administering and supporting Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of Workday business process configuration.
Experience supporting HR operations and HR stakeholders.
Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and/or Learning modules.
Experience working within ticketing systems and request management workflows.
Understanding of change management and change control processes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with non-technical business users.
Ability to work independently and quickly ramp up in an established environment. Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports.
Dashboard development and reporting experience.
Exposure to HR analytics or workforce reporting.
Experience partnering with developers and technical teams.
